Redwood City’s Downtown Precise Plan (DTPP) is a good example of sustainable planning by encouraging development downtown, close to transit, with high densities. The DTPP was featured in SSMC’s panel discussion - “Going Beyond Green: Fostering Sustainable Communities” - at the Oracle Conference Center for the Progress Seminar ReMixed on June 19th, 2008.
